Data: Individual state-aid awards reported to the register: recipient, giver, amount or interval, date, instrument, scheme, EEA legal basis. Until 2025 this meant awards above 500 000 NOK; since 2026 Skatteetaten also reports every company's reduced employer's contribution (differensiert arbeidsgiveravgift) per period, which is most of the volume

What we load
Every award with a Norwegian organisation number as recipient, from the register's start in July 2016. Awards to persons are skipped. Refreshed daily with a 45-day lookback because givers register awards weeks after the decision.

Company pages (Offentlig støtte) and GET /api/companies/{orgNumber}/support (source: "stotteregisteret").
Limits
Until 2025 the register only holds awards above the reporting threshold (500 000 NOK). Since 2026 Skatteetaten reports every reduced employer's contribution period, so most 2026 rows are small automatic tax reliefs; the company page and the API aggregate these in taxRelief and list only discrete grants, loans and guarantees. Tax reliefs may be reported as an interval; we store the lower bound.
