Nordic company data, live in HubSpot
Orakel adds a data card to every HubSpot company record — showing financials, industry, employee count, key people, and registry status. Data comes straight from Brønnøysundregistrene (Norway), Bolagsverket (Sweden), CVR (Denmark), and PRH (Finland). Works across all four Nordic countries. No manual data entry. Refreshes automatically.
What it shows in your CRM
Org number, legal form, status (active / bankrupt / dissolved), industry (NACE code), and registered address.
Revenue, operating profit, and EBITDA from the latest annual filing — with year-on-year trend.
CEO, board chair, and board members from the public registry. One click to create a contact in HubSpot.

Frequently asked questions
Which countries does Orakel cover in HubSpot?
Norway (Brønnøysundregistrene), Sweden (Bolagsverket), Denmark (CVR), and Finland (PRH). All four Nordic countries in one integration.
Does it work with existing HubSpot company records?
Yes. Orakel matches against your existing records — by org number if one is already on the record, or by company name otherwise. No need to re-import your CRM.
What happens when there's no org number on a record?
Orakel falls back to name-based matching and shows the top candidates in the card. You confirm the match once, and the org number is written back to the record for future syncs.
Is the data GDPR-compliant?
All data comes from public business registries — Brreg, CVR, Bolagsverket, and PRH. These are public records about companies and company roles, not personal data in the GDPR sense. Orakel stores and processes all data on EU infrastructure (Hetzner Helsinki).
Can I push data to custom HubSpot fields?
Yes. In addition to the standard Orakel fields, you can map any registry field to a custom HubSpot property you've created in your portal. Configuration is per-portal and can be updated at any time from your Orakel account.
How is Orakel different from Connect:BRREG?
Connect:BRREG covers Norway only. Orakel covers all four Nordic countries from a single integration. Orakel also includes an Attio integration, an MCP server for AI assistants, and a REST API — useful if you work across tools.
How is Orakel different from Orgdata.no?
Orgdata.no is a Norwegian-only, HubSpot-specific tool. Orakel covers all four Nordic countries and works across HubSpot, Attio, and any system via API or MCP. If your team works only in Norwegian HubSpot records, Orgdata is a reasonable alternative. If you need Sweden, Denmark, Finland, or a multi-tool setup, Orakel is the only option.
