Data controller
Heiberg Industries AS is the data controller for personal data processed through Orakel.
Data we collect
- Email address (provided at signup)
- API usage logs (endpoint, timestamp, response code — no query content)
- Billing information (processed by Mollie — we do not store card details)
How we use your data
We use your email to send your API key, trial expiry reminders, and billing notifications. We use usage logs to enforce rate limits and investigate abuse.
Data storage
All data is stored in the EU (Hetzner Helsinki, Finland). No data is transferred outside the EU.
Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact hello@orakel.cloud to exercise these rights.
Retention
Account data is retained for as long as your account is active, plus 90 days after deletion. Usage logs are retained for 12 months.
